Methodology

Thanks to the extensive experience acquired throughout the years, ABBANTIA has created a working methodology aimed at achieving the BEST RESULTS for our customers’ interests.

Each matter entrusted to us by a customer is directed to the corresponding DEPARTMENT. Under the supervision of the head of department, the enquiry is alloted to a TEAM which, adhering to a pre-established plan while INTERACTING with the rest of the departments, will deal with the proceedings of the matter, thus creating a PERSONALISED SERVICE (you will always speak with the same person) which will encourage mutual TRUST of both parties.
