Trial Attorney. He specialised in Economic Criminal Law, Telecommunications, Information Technology and Audiovisual Law (Graduate from the Universidad San Pablo CEU de Madrid), he has a Master´s degree in Company Management in the Confederación de Empresarios de Andalucía and studied at the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in Chambéry (France). He is a member of the International European Criminal Bar Association (ECBA) and of the International Bar Association (IBA), which is part of the Committee of Media Law. He is a specialist in company counselling, national and international, in the branches of Procedural, Civil-Commercial and Economic Criminal Law. He has ample experience in central Criminal Courts and in European arrest and extradition proceedings and criminal prosecution in the international scope as well as in criminal defense of industrial and intellectual property. He has worked in France on Mergers and Acquisition and has worked in the United Kingdom in the offices of North American lawyers Steptoe Johnson & Rakisons. He has advised international companies in telecommunications and audiovisual sectors, with a great experience in protection and criminal and civil defence of brands and patents. He is a Professor of Information Technology Law at the Instituto de Estudios Jurídicos de El Monte (IEJE) in Seville and in the Confederación de Empresarios de Andalucía (CEA). He has published articles in the media such as in the newspaper ‘Expansión’ and in the magazines ‘Cinco días’, ‘Andalucía Económica’, ‘La Gaceta de los Negocios’, etc.
