He graduated in 1980 in Civil Law graduate, from the Escuela Social de Madrid, He qualified in Fiscal Law and Financial Law from the Centro Universitario Ramon Carande attributed to the University Carlos III of Madrid. He has a Master´s degree in Accounting from the Escuela de la Cámara de Comercio de Madrid (School of the Chamber of Commerce in Madrid). He also has a Master in labour collective negotiation, absenteeism and staff recruitment. He has a titulado superior (graduate) in Prevention of Risks at work.
