Solicitor. He has a Bachelor´s Degree in Law and Graduate of Management Science by the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. He is a specialist in Business Law, he was part of the Board of Directors of multiple companies. He has been a Legal Counsel to the Banco Atlántico (now the Banco de Sabadell-Atlántico) for twenty-eight years, where he held the position as the Director of the Southern Area. Also he has extensive experience in Corporate Law, Business Contracting and with Government Procurement, Expropriations and Energy Law. Thanks to his teaching position, he has given courses and conferences in multiple centres and organisations, among them: the Centre of Financial Studies, the Association for the Progress of Management, ICADE and the Institute for International Research. He is the Director of ABBANTIA’s office in Madrid.
