Solicitor. He is a Law Graduate from the University of Santiago de Compostela. He has a Master´s degree in Company Legal Counsel from the Instituto de Empresa de Madrid (LL.M. IE Business School). He qualified in various corporate-legal areas: company transactions, industrial property, unfair trade and insurance law. He is a Graduate in Financial Accounting from the IE in Madrid. He specialised in Business Law, Civil Procedure and Economic Criminal Law. He has an ample experience in litigations and counselling for multiple companies of a national and international nature.
