Solicitor. He specialised in Fiscal Law. He has a post-graduate diploma in European Communities awarded by the Free University of Brussels in cooperation with the University of Seville and the Sevillian Chamber of Commerce. He is an expert in company counselling in tax and taxation. He is the director of Fiscal Department of the Sevillan Office for Abbantia Solicitors and Tax Consultants from its creation. He is the secretary of the Board of Administration of various companies. He is a Professor of Masters Degree in Fiscal Law at the University of Seville in cooperation with the Instituto de Estudios Fiscales (Institue of Fiscal Studies) and specialized courses given by the Confederación de Empresarios (Confederacy of Business Managers) of Andalusia. He is a Member of the Spanish Assocation of Tax Counselors (AEDAF) and was the first President of the Sevillian Association of Bankruptcy Studies (ASEC). He is a Bankruptcy Administrator. He is a Member of the European Food Law Association (EFLA) and the Andalusian Association of Agri-Food Law.
