Solicitor. He is a University Expert/Master´s degree in Corporate Legal Counsel by the University of Sevilla; Faculty of Law. He specialised in Maritime Law and Harbour Management at the Dpt. of Business Law at the University of Navarra. He has a Master´s degree in Maritime Harbour Management and Administration and Maritime Law by the University of Cadiz. He is a member of IBA, (International Bar Association), a Member of the Regional Andalusian Committee of the Spanish Association of Maritime Law. He has a P&I Insurance Certificate issued by the Skuld School, Norway. He collaborated professionally with the HaarmanHemmelrath office, in their headquarters in London. He has published multiple articles related to maritime law and transportation in the expertise magazines: ‘La Toga’ and ‘Operadores Logísticos’, as well as in the ‘Boletín del Instituto Andaluz de Patrimonio Histórico’ of the Andalusian Region and the ‘Expansión’ newspaper. He is a member of the Spanish Branch of the Iberoamerican Institute of Maritime Law for which he was the director (2007-2009). He is the correspondent in the southerner region of Spain and the Canary Islands for the maritime solicitors’ firm: SAN SIMON, DUCH &, Madrid.
